Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Dizzrupt ('we', 'us' or 'the Company') with regard to data collected from users who access our website via dizzrupt.nl ('Site'). or otherwise share personal data with us (collectively: "Users").

Data collection 

The processing of your personal data (all the information on the basis of which your identity can possibly be established with reasonable means, hereinafter: 'Personal data') is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations with you and for the provision of our services to you, to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with the financial and legal obligations that apply to us.

When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and to use it for making informed decisions.

What kind of data do we collect?

We collect two types of data and information from Users.

The first type of information is unidentified and non-identifiable information relating to one or more User (s), which can be made available or collected by using the Site ("Non-personal data"). We are not aware of the identity of a User of which non-personal data has been collected. The non-personal data that is collected may include aggregated data about your use and technical data transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware data (eg about the browser and the operating system your device uses, your language preference) , access time, etc.) to improve the functionality of our Site. How do we receive information about you?

What kind of data do we collect?

User rights

You can: 
  1. Ask for confirmation about whether or not personal data are processed about you and access to your stored personal data, along with additional information.
  2. Ask for an overview of the personal data you have provided to us voluntarily, in a structured, current and machine-readable format.
  3. Request to correct the personal data that we hold from you.
  4. Request to delete your personal data.
  5. Object to the processing of personal data by us.
  6. Request to limit the processing of your personal data.
  7. Submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
However, these rights are not absolute and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and legal requirements.

Storage of your data

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations, settle disputes and maintain our policies. In determining the retention periods, the type of information collected and the purpose for which that information is collected is taken into account. In perspective of  the requirements that apply to the situation we will destroy outdated, unused information as quickly as possible. We keep records with personal details of customers, documents on opening accounts, messages and other matters as required by laws and regulations.

We may correct, supplement or delete incomplete or incorrect information at any time and to your own discretion.

Cookies

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or use our services.

We also use a tool called 'Google Analytics' to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects your IP address on the day you visit sites, rather than your name or other information that can be used to identify your identity. We do not combine the information we have collected with Google Analytics with personal data. Collection of information by third parties

Our policy is solely about the use and disclosure of information that we collect from you. If you disclose your information to other parties or to other sites on the internet, other rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you have provided to them. That is why we encourage you to read the general terms and conditions of all external parties to which you provide information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or manage or of persons we do not employ or direct, including the external parties to which we provide information as set out in this Privacy Policy. 

How do we protect your data?

With great care we implement and maintain the security of the Site and your information. We use procedures and policies that comply with industry standards to ensure the security of the data we collect and store and to prevent unauthorized use of such data, and we require all third parties to have similar security requirements and to comply with this Privacy Policy. 
Although we take all reasonable steps to protect all data, we can not be responsible for the actions of persons who gain unauthorized access to or abuse of our Site and we can not, implicitly, explicitly or otherwise, guarantee that we will prevent such access .

Transfer of data outside the EEA/European Union

Note: some recipients of data are located outside the EEA. Marketing

We may use your Personal Data, such as your name e-mail address, telephone number, etc., or with the help of our external subcontractors, in order to offer you advertising material relating to our services that we think you are interested in.

Out of respect for your right to privacy, we offer you the opportunity within these advertising materials to indicate that you will no longer receive any advertising offers from us in the future. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your e-mail address or phone number from our advertising list.

Please note: even if you have unsubscribed from our advertising e-mails, we may send you other important e-mail messages for which we do not offer you the possibility to unsubscribe. This may involve customer service messages or administrative communications.

Business transaction

We may share information in the event of a business transaction (eg the sale of a significant part of our business, a merger, a consolidation or the sale of assets). Should such a case arise, the beneficiary or the acquiring company assumes the rights and obligations as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Minors

We understand how important it is to protect the privacy of children, especially online. The Site is not intended for or aimed at children. Under no circumstances will we allow the use of our services by minors if they do not have prior permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally collect Personal Data from minors. Updates or changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy. Substantial changes will take effect immediately as soon as the revised Privacy Policy is published. The latest version is displayed in the "Last modified" section. If you continue to use the Platform after notifying such changes on our website, this means that you acknowledge and approve these changes to the Privacy Policy and that you agree to the terms of these changes.
